A healthy working environment is provided in the office in order to assure innovation and creativity in design. Freedom at individual level is given for development of design and innovation in construction technology to the project in-charge and at the same time a quality check is kept on the working through a central monitoring system. Regular staff meetings assure sharing of ideas and provide a platform for efficient and progressive working environment.
